$VAULT A public stock treasury

Real stock
dividends.
Paid for holding.

HOW VAULTMECH WORKS

one fee, three uses, one clock

01

fees

every trade in the StonkFun pool pays a 2% pool fee. StonkFun forwards the creator's half, 1% of the trade, to the treasury wallet as MSTRx. it starts once the coin graduates from the launch curve to its raydium pool.

02

buyback

50% of every fee buys $VAULT on the open market and burns it in the same transaction. a buy too big for the pool is cut down until it moves the price no more than 3%. the rest waits for the next run.

03

vault

40% buys tokenized stocks (xstocks) into the public treasury wallet, one at a time: whichever of the 8 has had the least spent on it. the shares it buys are never sold.

04

tenure

xstocks pay a dividend by adding shares. once a week the vault sells exactly the new shares for $VAULT and pays holders by weight: 1x after 7 days held, 2x after 30, 4x after 90. selling or sending any amount resets the clock.

StonkFun takes the fee inside the swap and forwards the creator's half. the bot splits what arrives.

the bot only splits fees once they add up to 0.2 MSTRx. smaller amounts wait.

what is code, what is the team
  • the pool, the fee and its forwarding are StonkFun's contracts. the team cannot change them.

  • the split, the buybacks, the vault and the payouts are a bot the team runs with its own keys. its rules are policy, not a program: the team could change them, and would have to do it in public.

  • every transaction the bot sends carries a memo saying what it was. this page reads them from the chain, and so can anyone with an explorer.

the bar shows each stock’s share of the vault against an equal share, marked in the middle.

VAULT RULES
  • the roster is SPYx, QQQx, AAPLx, NVDAx, MSFTx, GOOGLx, AMZNx, TSLAx: tokenized stocks issued as xstocks. each lot goes to whichever has had the least spent on it, so over time each gets equal money.
  • cost, not price, decides the next buy, so nobody can steer the vault by moving a thin market.
  • the vault never sells a share it paid for. xstocks pay a dividend by raising a multiplier, which adds shares, and only those new shares are sold, once a week, for holders.
  • a jump in the multiplier too big to be a dividend, over 10%, is a stock split. it earns nothing and nothing is sold.
  • amazon and tesla pay no dividend. they are in the vault for the stock.
  • xstocks are issued by backed. the issuer can pause a stock and can move it out of any account. that is a risk the vault carries.

TENURE RULES
  • the clock starts when an account first receives $VAULT.
  • any amount leaving resets it: a sell, a send, a partial of either, a send to yourself.
  • an account that goes to zero loses its clock.
  • buying more drags the clock forward by the share that arrived: double a stack and its age halves. a crumb held for 90 days cannot load up at 4x overnight.
  • the clock is worked out from the account’s own history on chain, transaction by transaction. every explorer shows the same history, so anyone can check it.
  • wallets run by programs (pools, lockers, multisigs) and the team’s own wallets carry no weight.
THREE WALLETS
  1. three wallets hold 1,000 $VAULT each: one loose, one bolted, one vaulted.
  2. their weights: 0, 2,000, 4,000.
  3. a week's dividends come to 6,000 $VAULT.
  4. loose gets 0, bolted gets 2,000, vaulted gets 4,000.
  5. the bolted wallet then sells a single coin. its clock resets, and next week it weighs nothing until it has held 7 days again.

PAYOUT RULES
  • a week runs 7 days from the launch. once it is over, the bot sells the dividend shares the vault's stocks added that week, for $VAULT.
  • everything of $VAULT in the treasury wallet is shared by weight, except coins a buyback has yet to burn: each holder's balance times their tier weight, at the moment of the payout.
  • a share under 1 $VAULT rolls into next week rather than going out as dust.
  • the whole payout is written down before the first transfer, and each batch is checked on chain before it is sent. a payout that stops half way finishes without paying anyone twice.
  • these are real stock dividends, so they start small: a stock yielding 1% a year pays about 0.02% of its value a week. they grow with the vault.

  • BURNa swap gave more than its minimum. the extra burned in a second transaction.
  • VAULTthe vault share bought a roster stock, straight into the treasury wallet.
  • OPSthe ops share, swapped to SOL and kept in the treasury wallet for running costs.
  • SALEthe vault sold a week's dividend shares, and only those, for $VAULT.
  • PAYOUTa week's $VAULT went out to holders by weight. each transfer has its own memo too.
